Registration Fee

All the payment for the pre-registration should be made by bank transfer. The deadline for the the early registration is April 30, 2019 (the payment due is May 10, 2019)

Students

Note: Students must present proof of enrollment in
the form of a current valid student ID or proof of current enrollment
(e.g. official course schedule, proof of payment for classes, letter
from adviser) when picking up badges or when registering on-site.
Post-docs are not eligible to register for student rates.

Reception

The reception will take place in the evening of the first day of the symposium after a brief (optional) visit to the Inner Shrine (Naiku) of the Ise Grand Shrines, Oharaimachi and Okage Yokocho. An English speaking guide will be available during the visit of the Shrine. The fee for participation is already included in the registration fee.

Banquet

The conference banquet is held by the co-located exhibition on the evening of the second day of the symposium. If you plan to attend also the banquet, we recommend to pre-register to it and pay the banquet fee also by bank transfer together with the conference registration fee, since the number of seats are limited.

All banquet participants are also invited to join the excursion to Meoto-Iwa (sacred wedded rocks) and Mikimoto Pearl Island that will take place before the banquet.
